![]() ROUNDS You will start the stage with the rifle loaded with 10 rounds and the hammer down on an empty chamber and staged to the left side of the prop. The pistols are loaded with 5 rounds each hammer down on an empty chamber and in your holsters. The shotgun is empty with the action open staged to the right side of the prop. You will need 4 shotgun shells to be carried on your person. THE STORY Your name is Clayton Rutherford Black and you are a rancher farmer. Having settled here a year ago it has been very hard work in a strange and hostile country. Today you walk out the front door of you cabin and you see 2 dozen Comancheros coming down the far hill, firing as they ride. They are riding hard and headed straight for your cabin. STAGE SEQUENCE You yell to your family “Hells a comin” then you turn and grab your rifle from the side of the prop. From the end of the prop you take careful aim at the 1st rider on the left and Nevada sweep the 3 rifle targets for 5 shots. You then shoot the next 5 rounds Nevada sweep starting on the right. After ten shots and ten downed riders they have moved much closer, you move to the far left end of the prop. You then move to the middle of the prop, pull your 1st six-gun and fire all 5 rounds starting with p2, p3, p3 and p1, p1. Next you draw your second six-gun and empty it as well in the same sequence. They are bearing down on you now so you move to the far left of the prop. You then grab your shotgun and fire at the remaining four riders in any order but shooting both shotgun targets twice with (no double taps) and thus save your family from who knows what terrible fate. Now it is time to start your chores. PROPS AND TARGETS This stage will require 3 rifle targets, 3 pistol targets and 2 shotgun targets. The rifle targets are placed 20 yards away. The pistol targets are placed 8 yards away. And the shotgun targets are placed 9 and 12 yards away.
