THE COWBOY WAY Ultra Gravel Race is Central Florida’s premier endurance challenge. The race was created to encourage the gravel cycling community in the Tampa area.

This year we will be offering two route options a short course of 107 miles and a long course of 167 miles of mixed terrain: bike trails, double track, single track and sandy gravel roads. This is an at your own risk personal race/challenge that each rider voluntarily engage in.

Date, time and start location for the race will be Saturday November 1st 2025 at 07.00 AM from Trek Land O Lakes store, 16908 Focus Lp, Land O Lakes, FL 34638.

Rules

1. There will be a GPX file provided. Riders are required to use a Garmin, wahoo ect.

2. RIDE SAFELY, RIDE RESPONSIBLY. The Cowboy Way uses public ways open to traffic. You must always know, observe and comply with local laws.

3. Helmet and front+rear lights are mandatory.

4. Be aware that all liability rests on you. The organisation won’t provide any kind of insurance to the riders and will not be held liable for any damage whatsoever that may occur directly and/or indirectly to you or other parties.

5. You can take as long as you need to complete the challenge; there is no time limit and no cut-offs. Every rider will participate in a mass start.

6. A Waiver and Release of Liability must be signed and sent electronically or delivered in person before start.

Refunds & Deferrals

There are no cash refunds. Riders can request a deferral of their entries to the next edition of The Cowboy Way at no charge, up to 7 days before the event. Legitimate reasoning only!
