Thinking of buying a new bike and not sure what size may be right? Come check out our size kiosk on the floor to get a good starting point.
Our Policies
We want you to be happy. If not, your bicycle purchases can be returned within 3 business days of purchase, if in new and unused condition, for an in-store credit only. We do not, however, accept returns or exchanges on special orders.
All other Purchases: Must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days, and a receipt of purchase must be provided for an in-store credit only. No cash refunds are provided, only in-store credit or exchanges. No returns or exchanges on special orders.
Repairs
All repairs not picked up within 5 days of their due date are subject to a $2.50 a day storage fee. All repairs left after 60 days are subject to be sold or donated to a local charity.
